Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Get Enhanced app and this website. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

1. What Get Enhanced is

Get Enhanced is a personal tracking tool. It records information you choose to enter — doses you have been prescribed, weight, sleep, activity, blood-panel results and so on — and shows that information back to you as your own history and trends.

2. What Get Enhanced is not

This is the most important section on the page.

It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any disease or condition.
It does not give medical advice. Nothing in the app — including anything the AI coach says — is a recommendation about your treatment.
It never suggests a dose, a dose change, a schedule change, or what you should take. Those decisions belong to your prescriber.
It does not interpret your results. Where a reference range is shown, it is the one your own laboratory printed on your report, reproduced as printed. We add no ranges and pass no judgement on any value.
It is not a substitute for a consultation with a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified health practitioner.

If you are unwell, get worse, or are worried about a symptom, contact your prescriber. In an emergency call 000 or go to an emergency department. Never delay seeking medical advice because of something you read in this app.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm you are 18 or over.
You will only use the app to track treatment that has been lawfully prescribed to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. The app reflects your data; it cannot tell whether what you typed is right.
You will not use the app to obtain, promote, advertise or arrange medication without a prescription.
You will keep access to your email account secure, since that is how you sign in.

4. The AI features

The coach answers questions about the data you have logged, and the report reader transcribes pathology reports you upload. Both are useful, and both can be wrong.

Always check transcribed results against your original report before confirming them. That confirmation step exists for exactly this reason.
The coach operates within a fixed boundary and will decline questions about treatment. Do not attempt to work around it, and do not rely on anything it says as clinical guidance.
AI features require an internet connection and may be unavailable, rate-limited or changed at any time.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of everything you enter. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can export or permanently delete your data from inside the app at any time.

6. Availability

The app is in active development and is currently offered as a beta. Features may change or be removed, and we do not promise uninterrupted service. We will give reasonable notice before any change that would cause you to lose data, and export is always available.

7. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Where they do, pricing and renewal terms are shown before you purchase, billing is handled by the App Store under Apple's terms, and you manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and we do not attempt to.

Beyond those rights, the app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it — including decisions made on the basis of information shown in the app, inaccurate data, transcription errors, or the service being unavailable. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

9. Ending your use

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app. We may suspend or end access if the app is used unlawfully, or in a way that puts you or others at risk.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
