Privacy Policy

Get Enhanced is an Australian app for tracking doctor-prescribed hormone and peptide therapy. What you log here is sensitive health information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, and we treat it that way. This page explains, in plain terms, what we hold, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Your account details — first and last name, email address and mobile number, given when you sign in. Your email is how we identify your account and send your sign-in code.
• What you log — protocols and doses you enter, weight and body measurements, blood-pressure readings, blood-panel results, habits, daily check-in ratings, injury and pain logs, weekly reviews, and your progress photos.
• Apple Health data, only if you connect it — steps, sleep, weight, workouts, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability and blood pressure. We read this; we do not write to Health unless you switch that on.
• Your "About me" and coach notes — context you write about your life, and short notes the coach keeps of things you have told it.

We do not ask for a list of your medical conditions or your prescriptions beyond what you choose to log as protocols, and we do not collect your Medicare number, payment card details or government identifiers.

Why we hold it

Only to run the app for you: to show your own history back to you, to sync it between your devices, to send the reminders you asked for, and — if you use the coach — to answer your questions about your own data. That is the entire list.

What we will never do

• We will never sell your information.
• We will never share it with advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies that build profiles on you.
• We will never use your health data for marketing, to you or to anyone else.
• We will never hand it to an employer, an insurer or a family member.

Who processes it on our behalf

We use a small number of service providers to run the app. They process data only to deliver their service to us, under contract:

• Vercel — hosts our application and API.
• Neon — hosts the database your synced records live in.
• Resend — sends your sign-in code and account emails.
• Anthropic — provides the AI model behind the coach and the blood-report reader. Content sent for processing is not used to train their models.
• Apple — distributes the app and, if you enable it, provides Health data from your device.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. By using the app you consent to that transfer. We choose providers that offer contractual protections for the data they handle.

The coach, and what it is given

When you ask the coach a question, our server assembles a briefing from your own logged data and sends it, with your message, to the AI model. The model is not given your name, your email or your phone number. Notes the coach keeps are limited to things you told it, are visible to you in the app, and can be deleted individually or all at once.

Your photos

Progress photos are stripped of location data before they are saved. In the current version they are stored on your device only.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. Delete your account and your records, your coach notes and your user row are permanently removed from our database — not flagged as hidden, but deleted. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Your rights

• See it — More → Your data → Export my data returns everything we hold on you.
• Delete it — More → Your data → Delete account removes it permanently, on our servers and on your device.
• Correct it — you can edit or remove anything you have logged.
• Withdraw consent — disconnect Apple Health, turn off notifications, or stop using the app at any time.

Security

Your account is protected by a one-time code sent to your email — there is no password to be stolen or reused. Data is encrypted in transit. Every record in our database is keyed to your user account and is only ever returned to a signed-in session belonging to you.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever occurred that was likely to cause you serious harm, we would notify you and the OAIC as the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires.

Children

Get Enhanced is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
